GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is the status of my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email that allows you to track the status of your order.

Can I modify my order?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
Once your order has the status “preparing for shipment,” “shipped,” or “delivered,” we are no longer able to make any changes.

In which currency will I be charged?

Do you offer payment in installments?
We offer payment in 3 installments.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania. Payments can be made via PayPal and credit card.


How long does it take to ship my order?
After placing your order, processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected.


How can I track my package?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


What if I am not home?
If you are not home, a second delivery attempt is usually made the next day, or the carrier will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and shipping method.
In some cases, you may need to collect your package from your local post office.


RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased through our online store
  • The item is unused
  • The return or exchange request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns.
If you wish to request an exchange, please indicate this in your return request via our customer service team.


Are returns free?
To return an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return address. Then place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.

In some cases, returns are free.
If the return is not due to our error, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


How long does it take to process a return?
Returns will be confirmed within 14 days after arriving at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed within 14 days.
