Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item to us. Please see below for more information about our return policy.


RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, you must first contact our customer service to obtain a return address.

After receiving the return address, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.

In some cases, return shipping may be free of charge.

If the reason for the return is not due to an error on our part, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your return or exchange.

Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of the returned item for processing.

Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

REFUND REQUEST PERIOD

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.


REFUND METHOD

Refunds are only processed after a self-paid return shipment.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


CANCELLATION PERIOD

Customers may cancel their order within 7 days of placing it.

If the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped and within the 7-day period, the order can be successfully canceled.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

The seller typically processes orders within 7–10 days after the order is placed.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

However, customers may still request a refund after receiving the product in accordance with the policy stated above.
